Dart Group PLC09 December 2005 Dart Group PLC (the "Company") Share purchase The Company announces that on 8 December 2005 Mike Forder, Group FinanceDirector, purchased 700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 324.3 penceper share. These shares were registered in the names of his two children.
