Densitron is pleased to announce the appointment of John Kevin Farrell as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 January 2010.
Mr. Farrell, aged 61, is the owner and managing director of the Sterling Property Holdings group of companies and controls Sterling Trust Limited. Prior to acquiring control of Sterling Trust in 1993, Mr. Farrell worked in various banks in the City of London including Morgan Grenfell & Co and The Bank of New York, specialising in corporate finance and corporate and asset based lending.
Jan Holmstrom, Chairman of Densitron, said: "We are pleased that John will be joining the board in January and in particular his experience in the property sector is likely to prove invaluable in relation to the Company's land in Blackheath."
