Will Gardiner, CEO and a PDMR, has notified the Company that on 3 May 2022 he sold 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregate price of 808.5 pence per share. Following the transaction, Will Gardiner's total shareholding in the Company is 693,375 shares.
