Announcement: Director Appointment

Following an in-depth process involving the Nomination Committee and the Board, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Harald Brauns as a director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2019. Mr Brauns will be replacing Ms Angela Behrend-Görnemann, who will be retiring from her position as a director with effect from 31 October 2019.

Mr Brauns is shortly retiring as Global Head of Aircraft Finance at Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale. Mr Brauns established the business in 1984 and built up a team of nearly 40 experts in Germany, New York and Singapore, financing more than 600 aircraft.

Chairman Jon Bridel said "We are delighted that Harald has joined the Board. His extensive aircraft leasing experience with many airlines at all stages of the cycle will be of great benefit to the Company going forward."
