Results of the board of directors meeting held on November 11, 2020
The Board of Directors in its meeting on November 11, 2020 unanimously resolved the following:
1- Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors meeting.
2- Approved the external auditor's report for the consolidated and standalone financial statements for the period year ended on September 30, 2020.
3- Approved the consolidated and standalone financial statements for the fiperiod ended on September 30, 2020.
4- The Board was informed of the resignation of the company's head of the commercial sector, Mr. Ahmed El-Kattan, , and also informed that Mr. Mohamed Al-Damaty, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, will assume his duties in the current period.
5- The board accepts the resignation submitted by Mr. Mahmoud Kamal Al-Baroudi, a member of the company's board of directors, for special circumstances, and this resignation will be presented to the company's shareholders during the nearest ordinary general assembly meeting.
6- Mrs. Zainab Muhammad Abd Al-Hamid Shaheen was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors (a non-executive member), that matter will be presented in the nearest ordinary general assembly meeting for approval, and thus the company's audit committee members will be as follows:
-Mr. Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour as Head of the committee
- Dr. Hani Sri Al-Din, member
- Mrs. Zainab Muhammad Abdel Hamid Shaheen, member
