Director's Dealings

Further to the Company's recent announcement regarding Cheryl Jones' purchase of shares, Dods has been informed that Cheryl Jones, Non-executive Chairman, has today purchased an additional 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13p per share. Following this transaction, she holds a total of 5,165,000 ordinary shares in Dods representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of its issued share capital.
