Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the following Directors' dealings undertaken for tax planning purposes:
Martin Whitaker, Chief Executive Officer, today sold 50,729 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share and his ISA purchased 50,729 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.08 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transactions, Martin Whitaker's total beneficial interest remains unchanged at 50,729 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total voting rights.
