Statement re Erroneous Corporate Action Notice

It has come to the attention of the board of the Company that a corporate action notice has erroneously been distributed to eight shareholders by their stockbroker NatWest Stockbrokers Limited. The corporate action notice incorrectly states that a shareholder meeting will be held to discuss proceedings for a possible liquidation. The Company can confirm that liquidation proceedings are not being considered and that no shareholder meeting is imminent.
