Resignation of Director
The Board of OAS announces thatΒ Dr Mark MoloneyΒ has resigned from his position as Non Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.Β Dr Mark MoloneyΒ will continue with the Company in his new role as chair of the Scientific Advisory BoardΒ forΒ OAS.
Jeremy Scudamore, Chairman of OAS, commented: "Following the successful foundation and flotation of OAS it has been agreed that Mark will best help the future development of the company by spending more time helping our scientists to develop our outstanding technology for commercial uses. I should like to thank him for his invaluable help in establishing OAS and I am delighted that he will continue to work with the company in this important new role."
