Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 27 October 2022 that Mr Mark Warne, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 91,743 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.11 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 October 2022. The total value of the transaction was £100.00.
Following the above transaction, Mr Warne has increased his shareholding from 14,737,762 to 14,829,505 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.37 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
