Update on Wavertree Project
In response to the Coronavirus pandemic and a need to keep their staff and contractors safe in line with Government advice, our construction company has informed us that they are suspending work on the Wavertree Project and other non-essential projects.
Yesterday we updated our website with photos of the Wavertree project which show it is at the final fit out stage which normally requires many skills working in close proximity on completing internal works.
The West Derby project is being constructed by another construction company who are assessing the situation. When we receive an update on their response to the Coronavirus situation we will update shareholders.
