Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Dukemount Capital plc, the London Stock Exchange main board listed high yield Real Estate and Investment Services Company, announces that Paul Gazzard has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Gazzard is currently a Director of Amur Minerals and joins the board with over 10 years' experience of working across investing institutions in the City of London in his previous role as Fund Manager.

Paul Gazzard worked with the Panmure Gordon Asset Management team until August 2002, he then transitioned into the commercial financing sector. Between August 2002 and May 2010, Paul participated in the listing of clean technology companies on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, operating at the senior Executive level within each of the companies. Paul subsequently worked as Chief Operating Officer of Litebulb Group, which was admitted to AIM in May 2010, overseeing multiple funding rounds and acquisitions for the company over a period of two years.

Since then Paul has worked as a consultant across various AIM listed companies, advising on corporate and financing related matters, in addition to working as an adviser to several high net worth individuals on specific corporate and management issues relating to their investment portfolios as well as founding a number of private companies in the financial Services and other sectors.

Mr Gazzard holds 4m ordinary shares in Dukemount Capital representing 1.18% of the current issued share capital.

Dukemount intends to develop and manage a portfolio of properties that are sold to some of the World's largest Institutions on a sale and leaseback basis with long-term operational tenants such as Housing Associations in the supported living sector. The rent will be CPI linked where possible to ensure the Institutions receive sustainable yields over the life of the property, which can be up to 50 years.

The transactions the Company will complete are expected to be 'back-to-back' transactions where the Company will acquire a freehold and simultaneously grant long-term head-lease with leaseback to Institutions. Such financial arrangement would be immediately profitable due to the differential between the rent paid to the Company and the rent payable by the Company to the Institution under the terms of the leaseback.

The properties will create long-term inflation linked cashflows backed by freehold real estate. Such assets are in high demand by Institutions due to the stable, recurring and long-term nature of income.
