Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 12.00 noon on Wednesday, 4 November 2020.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and in light of the UK Government's current guidance on public gatherings and the legislation set out in Schedule 14 of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, the Board has concluded that shareholders will not to be permitted to attend the AGM in person this year. The AGM will be held by electronic means with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders in order to conduct the business of the meeting.
To ensure that shareholders still have an opportunity to engage with the Board and the Investment Manager, shareholders who have questions are invited to submit them to the Company Secretary via email at gcpstudentliving@linkgroup.co.uk, who will arrange for a response to be provided to you, where appropriate.
A copy of the Notice of the AGM is available to view on the Company's website at www.gcpstudent.com. It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. Copies of the Notice of the AGM will posted or made available to the Company's shareholders shortly, along with the Annual Report.
