PDMR Shareholding
Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces it has been notified of the following dealings by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):
Richard Allan, General Counsel and Company Secretary exercised 12,503 nil-cost share option awards over ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On 26 April 2023 Richard Allan sold 12,503 Ordinary Shares, each at a price of 214.00p pence, and subsequently purchased the same number of shares via his SIPP account, each at a price of 217.99p pence.
Following the above transaction, Richard Allan is interested in a total of 36,132 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.109% of the Company's issued share capital.
