The Company has been notified that on Thursday, 4 August 2016 Martin L. Rapp, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 12,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company at the following prices:

Following this transaction Martin L. Rapp now holds a total of 13,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.0415% of the issued share capital of the Company.
