The Company has been notified that, on 21 December 2018 David Jeremy Thomas, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 4,700 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company (the ''Transaction'').
Following the Transaction, David Jeremy Thomas now holds a total of 5,994 ordinary shares, representing 0.018% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
This notification was received by the Company on 21 December 2018 and was made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation and Disclosure Transparency Rules.
