Neil Johnson, Chair of the Company, purchased 14,360 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at a price of 270.00 pence. Following this purchase, Neil is interested in a total of 111,753 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.278% of the Company's issued share capital.
