Director change

Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), the global leader in sustainable LED lighting for industrial applications, announces that Stephen Bird will be stepping down as non-executive director and Senior Independent Director of the Company on 10th September 2021, in order to take up a non-executive director role at Headlam Group plc. Stephen joined Dialight in January 2013, and is stepping down as he approaches nine years' service on the Dialight board.

Other Disclosures

In accordance with s.430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed no payments will be made to Stephen Bird in connection with his stepping down from the Board, other than his usual non-executive fees paid pro-rata through to his end date.

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
