Executive Directors' RSU award
Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells as well as midstream assets, announces that the Company has today granted the following Restricted Stock Units ("RSU's") to the Executive Directors in accordance with the Company's annual bonus award as set out in the Company's 2019 Annual Report & Accounts.
