Director's share purchases
Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the US based gas and oil producer, announces that it has been notified that Bradley G. Gray, the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, has on 11 October 2018 purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 107.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Bradley G. Gray is interested in a total of 2,222,981 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and has share options over a further 2,750,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.51% of the total issued share capital.
This announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
