ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT - REPLACEMENT

The following amendments have been made to the 'Dragon Oil plc - Annual Financial Report' announcement released on 25 March 2015 at 10.25am under RNS No 4226I.

Two corrections have been made to unintentional errors in the Dragon Oil plc Annual Report and Accounts (on pages 84 and 85, "2014" has been replaced with "2015" in the statements "Approved by the Board on 16 February 2015" below the tables).

All other details remain unchanged.
