("the Company")
Grant of 2021 Awards under the Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
DFS Furniture PLC announces the following transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of £0.10 ("Shares") took place on 12 November 2021.
The Executive Directors of DFS Furniture plc have been granted conditional shares in DFS, as part of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. Following the approval by shareholders of the Directors' Remuneration policy at Company's AGM, the Company has today has awarded additional LTIP options to Tim Stacey, CEO, and Mike Schmidt, CFO at an award price of £2.81.
No consideration was payable for the grant of the awards. Conditional share awards granted under the LTIP will vest after a three-year performance period, subject to achievement of the performance measures. The performance measures are based on Adjusted Earnings Per Share ("EPS") and Relative Total Shareholder Return ("TSR").
