Section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 Statement - Jo Boydell

The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006. Further to the announcement made on 9 April 2025, Jo Boydell stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of DFS Furniture PLC at the end of the Annual General Meeting on 14 November 2025.

No other remuneration payment or any payment for loss of office of the type specified in Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 will be made to Jo Boydell after she ceased to be Non-Executive Director of the Company.

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the information here will remain available on the website until the 2026 Annual Report is made available
