DAIRY FARM APPOINTS GRAHAM ALLAN AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

On behalf of Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited, we wish to advise that Mr Graham Allan has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of The Dairy Farm Group with effect from 1st June 2012. Mr Allan, who was previously President of Yum! Restaurants International based in Dallas, has been recruited to succeed Dairy Farm's current Group Chief Executive, Michael Kok, on his retirement at the end of 2012. It is proposed that Michael Kok will remain as a non-executive Director following his retirement from executive office.
