ENABLE Guarantee Renewal
Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc (AIM: DFCH), a specialist bank providing financial solutions that support manufacturers, dealers and distributors across the UK, provides an update in relation to its participation in the ENABLE Guarantee programme.
As the current guarantee arrangement transitions into its run-off phase, having been in place for the prior three years, the Group has entered into a new ENABLE Guarantee facility with the British Business Bank on facility terms more closely aligned to its lending strategy, allowing it to support more SME lending to its manufacturer, dealer and distributor customers over the term of the programme with a pool size of up to £350m of loans. Commercial terms remain unchanged.
