Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 2 June 2011, that on that date the following directors of the Company purchased ordinary shares of the Company;
Mr. Andrew Windham, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 29,400 ordinary shares of the Company at 13.2p each. Mr. Windham now holds 37,555 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.011 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
Mr. Robert Lyons, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 13.25p each. Mr. Lyons now holds 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.022 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
Mr. Edward Wisniewski, an executive director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 12.9p each. Mr. Wisniewski now holds 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.009 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
Mr. Kenneth Black, an executive director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 13.12p each. Mr. Black now holds 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.022 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
