Deltex Medical Group PLC13 May 2005 Deltex Medical Group plc Directors' Shareholdings Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM quoted haemodynamic monitoringcompany, announces that Nigel Keen, Chairman and Ewan Phillips, Finance Directoryesterday purchased a total of 87,900 and 12,100 ordinary shares at an averageprice of 19.2 pence per share respectively in the market. The Company also announces that it has today issued a total of 98,518 newordinary shares in the Company to certain non-executive directors at a price of203/4 pence per share based on yesterday's closing mid-market price. The four non-executive directors named below have elected to take shares in lieuof a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company. Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company and dealings are expected to commence on 20 May 2005. Followingthese shares being admitted to trading on AIM, the number of shares in issuewill be 69,576,111.
