Notification to Shareholders

Adoption of Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) 101 - Reduced Disclosure Framework

Following the publication of FRS 100 Application of Financial Reporting Requirements by the Financial Reporting Council, DDD Group plc ("DDD" or the "Company") is required to change its accounting framework for its parent entity (Company) financial statements, which is currently UK GAAP. It is intended, for its financial year ending 31 December 2015 and future years, that the parent entity will adopt FRS 101 "Reduced Disclosure Framework", based on International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union.

It is noted that no disclosures in the current parent Company UK GAAP financial statements will be omitted upon the adoption of FRS 101. There will be no change to the accounting framework for the group's consolidated financial statements, which will continue to be prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as adopted in the European Union.

Objections to its adoption may be served by a shareholder or shareholders holding in aggregate 5% or more of the total allotted shares of the Company, in writing, to its registered office (42-50 Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 1RZ), not later than 11 March 2016.
