DDD Group PLC12 January 2006 12 January 2006 DDD GROUP PLC GRANT OF OPTIONS DDD Group plc ("the Company") announces the grant* of options over 928,952ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the executiveDirector and certain employees of the Company. The options have an exerciseprice of 12p per Ordinary Share. In the event that the ExerciseCondition is not satisfied, the said options shall immediately lapse. Providedthe Exercise Condition is satisfied, the said options will vest and becomeexercisable as to one-third on the date the Exercise Condition is satisfied,one-third on the date the closing Ordinary Share price reaches or exceeds 20p(as derived from the Financial Times) and one-third on the date the closingOrdinary Share price reaches or exceeds 30p (as derived from the FinancialTimes).
