G+ graphene printing technology gains environmental certification

Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, announces that the Company has secured OEKO-TEX® certification for Directa's proprietary G+ graphene printing paste technology.

Eco Passport by OEKO-TEX® is an independent certification system for chemicals, colourants and auxiliaries used in the textile and leather industry. Operating since 1992 OEKO-TEX® offers testing and certification to companies worldwide.

Using a multistep process, each individual ingredient in G+ printing paste was analysed to determine whether the product meets statutory requirements and textile industry standards, and confirm that no element, nor the final product, is harmful to human health.

The Eco Passport also provides proof that G+ printing paste meets the criteria for ecologically responsible textile and leather manufacture.
