The Board of PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 12 January 2011 it received formal notification from Giles Vardey (Chairman), Cyril Theret (Chief Executive Officer) and Nemone Wynn-Evans (Chief Financial Officer) that on 12 January 2011 they acquired ordinary shares in the Company.
Giles Vardey purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.0 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Giles Vardey holds 627,456 ordinary shares which represents 0.16% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
Cyril Theret purchased 240,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.0 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Cyril Theret holds 761,428 ordinary shares which represents 0.20% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
Nemone Wynn-Evans purchased 240,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.0 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Nemone Wynn-Evans holds 974,681 ordinary shares which represents 0.25% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
