Chief Financial Officer Appointment

GlobalData, the international data and analytics company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Johnson as Chief Financial Officer. She will join GlobalData at a date to be agreed but is expected to be within the first quarter of 2020. Sally will succeed Graham Lilley, who has decided to step down, but will remain in his current role as a member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer to ensure an orderly transition.

Sally is currently Deputy CFO of Pearson plc, the global education group, and has a wealth of international finance, change management and leadership experience, having held the role of Deputy CFO at Pearson plc since 2015. She has been at Pearson since 2000 holding various operational and commercial finance roles across the business including SVP Finance, Core markets and International Controller. Prior to Pearson, she worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Assurance practice. Sally is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and an Oxford graduate.

A further announcement will be made when the timings of Sally Johnson's appointment have been confirmed.
