Board Change

Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), the investment bank providing corporate advisory, institutional stockbroking and wealth management services, announces that further to the announcement of 2 November 2015, in which it was stated his resignation would take effect on publication of the Audited Accounts, Non-Executive Director Peter Dicks has resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. The acceleration of this resignation is due to pressure from Peter Dicks' other interests and potential conflict.

Peter Shea, Chairman, commented: "Peter has been a Director since 16 February 2000 and has provided many years of invaluable guidance and advice. We are disappointed that he has had to take this decision which is due to a conflict of interest with another directorship he holds, but we wish him very well for the future. I would like to personally thank him for his contribution during his tenure."
