Exercise of Options, Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4, the "Company" or "Group") announces that following the exercise yesterday by Group employees of options over 12,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") the Company has satisfied such exercises in full from Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The Company has then repurchased 5,000 of those shares at a price of 246.5 pence, being the closing mid-market price on 10 October 2022.
As a consequence of the foregoing the Company advises that its issued share capital remains as 40,431,453 Ordinary Shares, but with 377,061 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 40,054,392. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
