Director/PDMR Shareholding
D4t4 Solutions Plc announces that on 29 November 2016, the Company received notification from Peter Simmonds, Non- Executive Chairman, that on that date, he purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 142 pence per Ordinary Shares. These 70,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased for the benefit of his self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
Following the above transactions, Mr Simmonds total beneficial holding is 251,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.67% of the Company's total voting rights.
