DIRECTORATE CHANGE

D4t4 Solutions plc (AIM: D4t4), specialists in data platform solutions, announces that Roger McDowell, Independent Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company of his intention to retire from the Board.

Roger has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2008 and he has chosen to step down effective from the financial year end on 31 March 2019 in accordance with corporate governance best practice.

Commenting on Roger's retirement, Pete Kear, CEO of D4t4 Solutions, said:

"Over the last eleven years Roger has been closely involved in the significant and successful progression of D4t4 and we have benefitted significantly from his guidance as part of our development both as a business and as a PLC. "During this tenure his financial insights, business acumen and depth of understanding of the Company and our sector has been invaluable. His persona and expertise will also be greatly missed by everyone going forward, we thank him for the service and we wish him the very best for the future."

The Company is in the process of recruiting an appropriate replacement independent non-executive director. Further details will be announced in due course.
