CFIUS approval received

CYBA plc ("CYBA" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has now been provided with clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS") on the acquisition of Narf Industries LLC and Narf Industries PR LLC (the "Transaction"). Accordingly, all required US regulatory approvals in relation to the Transaction have now been obtained.
