Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that on the 14 March 2017, Phil Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options under the Ceres Power Sharesave Scheme, in relation to 143,312 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 6.28p per share, increasing his shareholding to 260,958 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. As a result, Mr Caldwell now holds options over 22,851,696 Ordinary Shares.
