Dr. Brian Count, chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at an average of £0.60185 per share on 22 July 2010, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Dr. Count's total holding in the Company is now 307,850 Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.36% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Dr. Peter Bance, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 5p each at an average of £0.60 per share on 23 July 2010, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's total issued share capital.
