The Company was informed on 19 March 2014 that Steve Callaghan, Senior Independent Director of the Company, purchased 163,597 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") of 1p each at an average of Β£0.07 per share on 19 March 2014, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's total issued share capital.
Mr Callaghan's total holding in the Company is now 2,723,298 Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.51% of the Company's total issued share capital.
