Director Retirement

Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that today, the 31st July 2018, Mike Lloyd retires from the board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Lloyd was appointed to the Board in July 2012 and he retires in line with the Company's best practice governance guidelines having completed two three-year terms of appointment.

Following Mr Lloyd's retirement, the Company is reviewing board composition, is currently seeking a Non-Executive Director replacement for Mr Lloyd and will announce further details in due course.
