Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Countrywide plc (the "Company") has been informed of the following acquisitions of ordinary shares in the Company by a director of the Company and person closely associated with them:
· Himanshu Raja purchased 10,592 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.3487 per Ordinary Share on 6 September 2017; and
· Sarah Raja-Brown (a person closely associated with Himanshu Raja) purchased 89,408 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.35 per Ordinary Share on 7 September 2017.
Following the above purchases, Himanshu Raja's interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares (excluding outstanding options and/or awards held under the Company's other employee share incentive plans) is 222,841 Ordinary Shares.
