Cavanagh Group PLC10 May 2007 Cavanagh Group PLC10th May 2007 Director Shareholding The Company was notified today that Neil Millard, Director had sold 40,000ordinary shareas of 1p each in the Company at a price of 110p on 9th May 2007.These shares were sold to Ian Henson, also a Director of the Company. As aresult of this transaction, Mr Millard is interested in 2,146,181 ordinaryshares representing 19.7% of the issued share capital of the Company and MrHenson is interested in 153,152 ordinary shares representing 1.4% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
