Charles Taylor plc (the "Company") Director PDMR Shareholding Vesting of share awards and Director purchase of shares The Company announces that on 7 April 2014, the following Executive Directorsand PDMR's received nil cost performance share awards over ordinary shares of1p each in the Company ("shares") as a third each of their deferred annualbonus payment awards for 2011 and 2012.
