Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised that David Marock, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his connected persons sold 320,754 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 265p per share on 27 October 2015. Following this announcement David Marock and his connected persons hold 400,206 Ordinary Shares representing 0.6% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company has also been informed that Joe Roach, Chief Executive Officer, Management Services - Americas, bought a total of 60,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 268p per share on 26 and 27 October 2015. Following this announcement, Joe Roach and his connected persons hold a total of 210,472 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.32% of the total voting rights of the Company.
