Redstone PLC23 March 2006 Redstone plc (the "Company") Proposed Move to AIM The Company announces that a circular convening an Extraordinary General Meeting("EGM") to approve the Company's proposed de-listing from the Official List andfrom trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("De-Listing") andadmission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") wasposted to shareholders today. The expected timetable of the De-Listing is as follows: Latest time and date for receipt of forms of proxy 11.00 a.m. on Monday 17 April 2006 Extraordinary General Meeting 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 19 April 2006 Last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares on the Official List Friday 19 May 2006 Anticipated date of cancellation of listing of Ordinary Shares 8.00 a.m. onon the Official List Monday 22 May 2006 Admission to AIM and first day of dealings in Ordinary Shares 8.00 a.m. on Monday 22 May 2006 The Board is also pleased to announce that, subject to shareholder approval ofthe De-Listing and move to AIM, Evolution Securities Limited, the Company'scurrent financial adviser and broker, will be appointed as the Company'snominated adviser and broker with effect from the date of admission to AIM. About AIM The Company has reviewed its market listing and believes that there aresignificant advantages to shareholders from transferring the Company's ordinaryshares to trading on AIM. The Board believes that AIM is a more appropriate market for the Company thatshould lead to a simplification of administration requirements and will enablethe Company to agree and execute transactions more quickly should anyacquisition or other development opportunities arise in the future.
