Grant of Options
On 23 December 2015, Castleton (AIM: CTP) granted options over 331,125 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Caro Bell, Operations Director, and options over 569,536 Ordinary Shares to certain employees (together the "Options").
The Options have been issued under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme and have an exercise price of 75.5 pence with a vesting date of 3 years from the date of grant.
