Amendments to Placing and Demerger Timetable
Redstone today announces that the expected timetable of events in relation to the Placing and Demerger, as announced on 13 February 2013, has been revised as follows:

Shareholders should be aware that if they sell their New Redstone Ordinary Shares on or before 5 April 2013, then they will not be eligible to receive new ordinary shares in Redcentric.
Settlement and dealings
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that such Admission will occur on 5 April 2013.
The Placing Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the New Redstone Ordinary Shares.
