Clarke(T.) PLC12 March 2008 Statement Re: Share Price Movement The Board of T.Clarke plc, the electrical engineering and contracting group, hasnoted the recent fall in its share price and confirms that it is not aware ofany reason for this share price movement. The Group released a trading statement on 19 November 2007 and reported thattrading had been strong during the second half of 2007. The Group also updatedshareholders on the scale of the order book, reported that it was on track tomeet market expectations for the year and stated that it was confident about theprospects for the Group. The Board stands by that announcement.
