Clarke"), the electrical engineering andcontracting company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Crowder asExecutive Director with effect from 1 January 2007. Mike (Age 42) has been atT.Clarke for 21 years and will be an invaluable addition to the Board. T.Clarkewill go into 2007 with renewed enthusiasm and confidence. In line with its recent statement to strengthen the role of the Regional Boardand to increase management's involvement in the development and growth ofregional businesses, the Board are also pleased to announce Barry DeFalco asManaging Director for the UK regions, Mark Lawrence as Managing Director forLondon operations and Paul Brown and Jim Bryan have been appointed as DivisionalDirectors.
